Ordering

All Frames arriving at FreshFrame must be accompanied by the necessary order form(s).  Please click Forms on the main menu and print any and all that apply.

First time OEM clients are asked to fill out the credit app.  Although no "Terms" are offered due to the nature of  "CUSTOM" work, I'm requesting this info in order to create your account  and legitimize your business for tax purposes.

I'll also need  "Tax Exempt" forms on file for all clients.  I will make these available as well in the near future. Those clients without "Tax Exempt" status will inccur 6% PA State Sales Tax (even if  out of state).
